Noticed an issue on Sunday with the water feeder going past the cut-off marker on glass tube. Called Hart Home, dispatched Technician, and within an hour he was at my house. Found the issue, did repair, and gave me advice to help avoid the issue. Great, professional, service.

You have a complete lack of communication. I was out of oil Friday evening and needed an emergency refill to carry over for the 2 days.. You suspended my delivery because of an outstanding balance. You never alerted me about the suspension and compromised my furnis and my health. Your lack of empathy is disturbing, your lack of understanding economic hardship is deplorable. It's obvious your concerns are motivated by corporate greed.
