The Town of Huntington is one of ten towns in Suffolk County, New York. Founded in 1653, it is located on the north shore of Long Island in northwestern Suffolk County, with Long Island Sound to its north and Nassau County adjacent to the west. The technician who came to maintain the system walked into the house without wearing a mask and started talking to my wife and me (we were wearing masks). I pointed out to him that he did not wear a mask. His answer was “I have one in the truck”. Instead of going to the truck and getting his mask, he proceeded to the basement to work on the system. I consider this a great discourtesy and, more so, a great risk to my wife’s and my health (I am 81 years old). It took him less than 15 minutes to do the maintenance, which must be a world record. All the years I have had the Biasi system, it took 30 to 45 minutes to complete the job. He left no documentation behind.
