They communicate with each other and have returned my calls when they were back in the office. They have been very helpful in resolving my problem with my previous contract and I am very thankful. My technician Brian was wonderful and kind. He was friendly and approachable when I asked questions pertaining to the care of my burner. When evaluating the problem with my burner he laid down a tarp/towel to keep my floor clean. I highly recommend this company! Great job. You’ll have another loyal customer.
