Noticed an issue on Sunday with the water feeder going past the cut-off marker on glass tube. Called Hart Home, dispatched Technician, and within an hour he was at my house. Found the issue, did repair, and gave me advice to help avoid the issue. Great, professional, service.

I called Hart Home Comfort for a no-heat condition and Service technician Brad Brody was dispatched to my home for service. He diagnosed the issue and made the appropriate repairs to get my heating system ( Very reliable old-school Thacher Boiler ) back in working order. ( The Coupler between the blower motor and the oil pump broke from old age ). Kudos to Brad for his knowledgeable skills and repair ethic.

Marvin called me when was on the way I was unable to meet him so I gave him the code to the lockbox, he let himself in, got the boiler working. He called me to tell me what was wrong and locked up the premises and left. I was happy that he came quickly and got us up and running especially since it was thanksgiving evening
