Service Tech Selvin was very thorough when I was updated about what he had done for the cleaning/service call. He arrived late, around 2:30 pm, after the service call window of 9am-1pm window but was apologetic. I was updated around 1:30pm by Tom about the late arrival but could have done a few errands in the morning if I knew that I was one of the later scheduled services.
