When Joe arrived I explained what I thought the problem was . He understood my concerns and explained what he would do fix my concerns and went to work. When he was done with service we tested the water temperature and everything was back to normal. Very satisfied and happy with the results.

Technician did a great job. He was friendly & courteous & he explained what the problem was. However, it should not have taken 6 hours for someone to arrive. Had this been the dead of winter, that’s how you would have found me. Frozen to death. Perhaps you need to hire more service people.

3:00 in the morning emergency call

Brian Vogt is the most competent repair man I’ve ever seen. He not only fixed the problem with my furnace, he fine tuned it and got it running more smoothly than it ever did. And all this at 3:00 in the morning on an emergency call!

What does the enhanced service contract cover?

I pay extra for an enhanced service contract. However, almost every time I have a repair , it is not covered. This time around I was informed that the piece that was broken was broken previously, but that was never told to me. So, it was merely capped so it wouldn’t leak. However, the boiler stopped functioning correctly as a result. Not sure why this repair was deferred and never disclosed. On the positive side, the technician, Frank, was very good. Very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Hello, I have put a copy of your service plan in the mail. Before this service call, the last time you were charged for something that was not covered was over two years ago, in October 2022. That was the only other time you were charged for something not covered since becoming a customer in 2015. We appreciate your business.
